Are you an experienced Multi Skill Trades Carpenter and really want to make a difference?
Platform Property Care has a great opportunity for an experienced Multi Skill Trades Operative/ Carpenter to join our team located in Lincolnshire. It’s an exciting time to join us as we are expanding and growing our talented team delivering Voids Property maintenance in this area.
You will be based and working in and around the following towns:
Lincoln, Horncastle, Louth, Market Rasen, Boston, Skegness and Grimsby
As part of our talented team, you will have a base trade in Carpentry but will have associated trades and be skilled, able to deliver in either Plumbing, Plastering or Decorating.
You will thrive on giving great customer service, keeping jobs on track and possess the drive to make sure the work is completed to spec.
The role is varied and no two days are the same! It's a tough task and our expectations are high. In return you’ll have the support of a great team!
We want someone who can:
- Deliver Multi Trade work, you will be qualified to at least NVQ L2 in one of the above trades.
- Your main focus will be carpentry but you will be able to deliver work in plumbing, plastering and decorating to a good level
- You will also have a right first time mentality and approach to your workmanship
- Excellent customer service skills
- A full driving licence
- This role requires a DBS check
