We are now looking for dedicated and enthusiastic delivery drivers to work out of our Stafford depot, delivering in the Stoke Area.
Full-time self employed basis, partnership with leading self employment company WISE to support you with all you accounting needs.

What we are looking for:
- Upbeat and self-motivated individuals: Who are happy working solo as well as part of a team.
- Love of the outdoors: From rural farms to city apartments, corner shops to business parks, whatever the weather (and, this being Britain, it can get quite extreme) we’re there, 6 days a week. That means you’ll need to be happy being out and about. Take in the scenery or the hustle and bustle of the inner cities.
- Excellent organisation: You will need to make sure you complete all your deliveries in good time. And take initiative to re-route where necessary due to unforeseen circumstances on the road. You will be required to load your van and manage your route to optimise deliveries.
- Resilience: You will be able to work under pressure and with the public, acting as a friendly face that people know and trust. Building a bridge between the voice on the phone to the customer face to face. Customer service is one of our top priorities.
- Flexibility: You will be working in different areas covering your colleagues’ holidays, so you might need to gather as much knowledge on the roads to complete your round with the highest success rate.
- Adhere to security procedures with due diligence and consistency.

What are the basic requirements for our Multi Drop Delivery Drivers?
- Ideally a minimum of 6 months commercial van driving experience for Multi-Drop Delivery is preferred (e.g. Amazon, Hermes, DPD, Royal Mail etc.) but not essential.
- Must be holding a Full (Manual) UK or Euro Driving license for at least 1 year and a maximum of 6 points with no active IN, DR or TT codes
- Attention to detail to ensure deliveries are completed as per the correct process.
- Able to lift packages (up to 20kg)
- Flexible to service demands including weekend availability
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Be able to commute to and from delivery station
