Job description

We are looking for talented, multi-skilled and resilient team members to join our contact centre team! This role supports our customers to move homes easily and smoothly, or assist them when they need to review a bill for their property. The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and experience of working in a contact centre environment or similar.

As a Movologist, your responsibilities will include:

  • Communicating, problem solving, and encouraging people to make informed decisions.
  • Analysing initial conversations with customers to develop a recommendation of products, plans, and services that address their needs.
  • Maintaining a customer-solutions focus at all times, to deliver the best possible outcome for both our customers and the business.
  • Leveraging the Movinghub platform to ensure compliance is met.
  • Demonstrating resilience and persistence during difficult conversations.
  • Building and establishing relationships with customers with rapport and trust.
  • Demonstrating high-level problem solving and objection handling.

We are looking for someone who...

  • Has proven ability to problem-solve, with a first call resolution mindset.
  • Has proven ability in supporting people to make informed decisions.
  • Has high attention to detail.
  • Has experience with working independently, meeting targets, and is used to a culture that is sales and customer service driven.
  • Is trustworthy and dependable.
  • Is eager to learn new skills and respond well to coaching and development.
  • Enjoys an online team culture where, apart from completing your own sales, you contribute to the overall team and success of the business.
  • Is resilient, persistent and with an inquisitive nature that has nurtured your proficient sales and service skills.

Relevant and Experience:

  • Call Centre Sales
  • Customer service experience in the selling/provisioning of energy, broadband, insurance and/or other home-related products and services
  • Excellent communication skills - verbal and written
