The Role
In November 2022 Brayleys opened its first Honda motorcycle dealership alongside its existing flagship Honda passenger car dealership on the busy Southend Arterial Road in Romford.
The business has been a resounding success and has grown rapidly in the months that have passed. As a result we need to increase the size of our workshop team and are seeking to recuit an additional motorcycle technician as our workflows are increasing.

Salary: £33,000 plus bonuses delivering a realistic OTE £40,000 per annum - plus overtime.

Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will certainly need to have previous experience as a fully qualified motorcycle technician, but what other skills and experience would be good?
Whilst brand experience is preferred, it isn’t essential as full Honda training will be provided.
- You’ll need strong attention to detail, fault finding and technical problem-solving skills
- You’ll poses a real passion for motorcycles
- You’ll be working as part of a team and will need to be able to build relationships, make sure that your work is of outstanding quality and meets the required schedules of the business.

When the dealership is open what does a typical day involve?
- Diagnosing standard and complex faults, ensuring that underlying problems are resolved
- Stripping, fitting, and replacing components on motorcycles, including engine rebuilds
- Motorcycle servicing
- New and Used motorcycle preparation for sale
- Working to deadlines to make sure that work is completed on time
