About The Company
1 Stop Instruction is a motorcycle training and driving school catering for all categories of riding/driving. Our team of instructors are qualified to teach people how to ride motorcycle's as well as drive cars, lorries and buses.
We have a dedicated admin team to support enquires and handle bookings, and are now seeking to take on new motorcycle instructors to increase bookings and capacity at our existing sites as well as expand and open up further sites across the London region.
Job Role
1 Stop Instruction is seeking to add new motorcycle instructors to its existing team. Prospective instructors need to have the following attributes:
- be reliable
- have good time keeping
- be good communicators
- be confident at dealing with members of the public
- have patience
- be willing to work outside in all weather conditions
The role involves:
- setting up training area's
- teaching new and existing riders
- performing general maintenance on bikes
- issuing certificates
- digitally recording events which occur throughout the day
Instructors will need to show the willingness to work at any of our training sites across North & East London with more sites opening soon.
All instructors become fully DVSA (Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency) approved, and will be monitored and regulated in accordance with DVSA guidelines.
Experience
Whilst we would prefer candidates with existing motorcycle instruction experience, we are willing to provide full training via a bonded scheme which gets refunded to you in full once you have successfully been with the company for a 2 year period.
Pay
Rates of pay are dependent on experience and the level of instructor qualification held.
All roles are on a self employed basis with full or part-time availability, and a bonus scheme structure for instructors who commit to making themselves available to work more than 25 days per month.
As such, the more you work, the more experience you gain, the more you earn!
Your daily rate will initially depend on the level of your existing experience, but will quickly increase as your experience and dedication grows. Even as a new instructor, an annual income of £30,000 p.a is easily achievable!
