Location: Tunbridge Wells, TN2 3UY.
Salary: Basic Salary of between £31,000 - £36,000 + Uncapped Individual Time Saved Bonus + Team Bonus + benefits (listed below) – OTE 45-50k.
Full Time and Permanent – Choice of either 40 or 45 hours a week.
Working Monday to Friday and Alternate Saturdays.

Essential Skills and Experience:
- Fully qualified – Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance – they will also consider Level 2 qualified people who are willing to train up to be Level 3 qualified.
- Demonstrate ability to manage processes, administration, and paperwork.
- Have previous Automotive Technician experience. Ideally, you will also have an MOT Testing qualification and some main dealership experience.
- Demonstrate ability to support, coach, counsel, and develop colleagues and junior team members and to deliver high standards of technical advice, service, and maintenance to all customers.
- Full driving licence held for a minimum of 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
- Evidence of ‘Right to work in the UK.
