We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced and ambitious Sales Manager based at MG Bradford.

· Salary Up to £60,000 OTE

Duties & Responsibilities
Working as a highly involved Sales Manager, you will be experienced in:
· Coaching and motivating a team of Sales Controllers and Executives to reach and exceed Company targets and expectations
· Controlling costs in line with Dealership and Department objectives
· Driving the business forward by maximising sales and profitability
· Constantly improving customer satisfaction
Skills
As an integral part of our sales process, it is essential that you are able to demonstrate:
· First class Selling and Marketing skills – gained within the Motor trade
· Well-developed leadership skills and the ability to coach a Sales force
· Sound knowledge of employment best practice
· Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
· Being highly organised with the ability to prioritise and re-prioritise workloads
· Up-to-date knowledge of employment best practise and motor trade practices
