About the role:

We are looking for a Motion Designer to work on a wide range of clients, delivering brilliant motion design assets across a plethora of social media channels - Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat and Pinterest.

Reporting to the Creative Director, you will be responsible for delivering assets on time to continue to create brilliant client work.

You’ll need to be motivated & positive; a can-do mentality is a must. We have lots of room for improvement when it comes to process and structure in our department so if you’re hungry to make a positive mark, come on in.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work in close contact with the Account and Creative teams to ensure delivery of the right assets, on time and in full to our clients.
• Creation of brilliant assets for our clients - both static and video assets.
• The ability and flexibility to work both from brand guidelines, but also from scratch to create great assets.
• Make small artwork changes when required for projects.
• Constantly search for better ways of working and piloting new systems or processes, implementing positive change helping to effectively manage resources and projects easily.

What do I need to have to deliver this role:

• Previous Art Working experience and capabilities.

• Both moving asset content creation experience.
• Solid knowledge of social media advertising platforms.
• Adept at taking briefs from account and creative teams and understanding their key requirements.
• Skilled at working under pressure.
• Ambitious, growth mindset with a passion for delivery and creativity.

• An excellent communicator able to work with people at all levels from different functions.
• Able to manage multiple pieces of work and projects, in a fast-paced environment.
• A superb sense of humour
