Job Description
Please note that this is an office-based role within the Isle of Man.
We're looking for people who will play a key role in delighting our customers throughout their home purchasing journeys and protecting what is important to them and the bank.
This is a phenomenal opportunity to join our team and increase your profile amongst the Operational and Island Retail teams who we work closely with. You'll help to complete customers mortgage facility letters, protect the bank by preparing and instructing security, and follow the customers through their mortgage life cycle including when their mortgage fixed rate ends, or they want to repay their mortgage.
Responsibilities
Work with a team of colleagues to make life easy for our customers, always acting in line with the Group Values and Behaviours
  • Preparing customers mortgage offer letters and instructing the Banks advocates to prepare and complete our security requirements
  • Ensuring mortgage funds reach the correct destination on completion day
  • Perfecting and chasing the banks security and specific requirements after completion
  • Providing redemption statements and releasing the banks' security upon closure of the mortgage
  • Function as a point of contact for customers, conveyancers, and mortgage advisors throughout the customers mortgage life cycle by telephone, email.
  • Embrace all change to help our customers with their needs, proactively contributing ideas and suggestions to improve our processes and/or ways of working for the benefit of customers and colleagues
  • Contribute and support the development of new processes, systems, and procedures
