WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time, at one of our office sites.

About this opportunity

The Modern Workplace Service Design Team are looking for a trainee to join us to work on initiatives that meet what matter to our colleagues. We work with colleagues across Modern Workplace and the wider bank to see how we can bring end to end design thinking to our products and services.

We'll train you on the basics of business and service design to allow you to support the wider activity across the team. Some of the activities you'll get involved with include:

  • Performing standard data management tasks to support others by using established procedures.
  • Selects appropriate data from information provided by others and inputs that data into spreadsheets or standard formats.
  • Supports development of personal capabilities by pursuing existing formal and informal training opportunities.
  • Implements improvements and carries out simple change management tasks by following established procedures to support others.
  • Supports others by performing simple research tasks according to established procedures.
  • Accomplishes work objectives by determining own work schedule, coordinating with support services and assigning short-term tasks to others if necessary.
