Job description
You will be assisting the Managing Director in the development of the company, by overseeing and managing relevant team members to ensure company KPI's and Targets are met. Overseeing company sales practices and business development strategy and the implementation of those marketing practices and booking policies to support the objectives and growth of the business.
Some Key Duties and Responsibilities:
-Support the Director in setting out annual plans and adapting global and regional brand strategies and assets to local territories. Provide innovative and diligent suggestions for improvement and follow through on task assigned to deadline with successful results.
-Implement and analyse regular targets to track performance of department and operational processes both internally and externally and hold reviews to assess areas for improvement.
-Hold regular solo meetings with existing high billable clients and present and promote contract winning pitches to increase and secure future revenue for the business.
-Manage and overview talent and employee regular pay runs and expense reports across all subsidiary's.
-Hold team meetings and produce monthly reports and analysis for business and team development demonstrating strong leadership skills.
-Manage and oversee legal support and discussions for Talent, Client and Employee contracts. This may include but not limited to managing contractual breaches, negotiating terms, holding investigations, and pursuing any legal claims.
-Review the work of the accounting team and credit control processes, assist in budget planning and cash flow forecasting and overview across both offices.
Experience & Qualifications:
-Looking for someone with experience managing a department and team of employees of four or more staff. Ideal candidate will be someone with talent (model or influencer) management experience, but this is not essential, we are looking for a manager foremost, someone who can act second in command to the Director and who wants to gain first hand experience of what it takes to run a SME in a competitive market and climate.
As an agency we operate across two offices London and New York, so this new role will manage both divisions of the business and work towards improving their performance whilst maintaining and enhancing our stellar reputation.

-Have a pragmatic and pre-emptive approach to tasks and conflict resolution.
-Experience or a wish to gain additional experience in running a department or SME, with proven track record of hitting targets and improving KPI’S.
