Job description
Main Responsibilities:
- Inspect/test and repair mobile phones in a safe manner
- Be responsible for your working space and tools
- Assess electronic devices objectively, considering factors like damage, liquid, etc.
- Provide an effective and efficient call and e-mail handling operations with the inquirers / clients
- Arranging stock materials delivered and to be delivered
- Conduct all duties in a safe manner in accordance with Company Health and Safety requirements
Key Skills:
- One year of experience in testing, diagnosing, repairing devices (mobile phones or tablets)
- Excellent attention to detail
- A keen eye for problem solving
- You need to be able to provide diagnostics of electronic devices and investigate why items are not working properly
- Ability to provide urgent fix, also being responsible for the items and the outcome
- Be aware of safety and protective of customer personal data that will be/or will not be found in electronic goods
- Ability to communicate clearly and in appropriate language with clients both orally and in writing
- Written and spoken English
Salary
Negotiable salary depends on the experience.
