As a technician at our company, you'll be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of phone and computer issues. We're looking for someone with at least 3 years of experience in the field, who has a deep understanding of both hardware and software.
Our ideal candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, a strong attention to detail, and a customer-focused mindset. You'll need to be able to work independently and as part of a team, and have a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
- Diagnosing and repairing a variety of phone and computer issues
- Providing excellent customer service and communication throughout the repair process
- Maintaining accurate records of repairs and inventory
- Staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in the field
- Providing training and support to junior technicians as needed
