Mobile Engineer - Android /iOS
This is an exciting opportunity to join the Marketplace organisation at Expedia Group as they spin up a brand-new team of passionate and best-in-class Native iOS and Android engineers. The team will be responsible for building a centralised white label E2E pricing experience on the native app for our travellers and partners for all product lines including Flights, Cars, Hotels, Packages and more!

What you'll do:
Development of Android /iOS apps- providing value to travellers and increase usage and feature adoption
Set high standards for monitoring and operational excellence getting to know challenges faced by customers and improving the experience
Optimize apps for performance and usability
Ensure that visual design is meticulously up to spec and unique Android capabilities are used for a truly native experience
Collaborate with back-end developers, designers, product owners to constantly improve the customer experience.
Who you are:
5+years software development experience in enterprise software
Provenexperience in leading complex Android /iOS projects
Strongknowledge of Java,Kotlin or SwiftUI, with expertise in one language
Strong knowledge of backend API development, RESTful APIs, GraphQL
Bachelor’sdegree in Computer Science or related technical field; or equivalent related professional experience
Experience with tools like Figma is highly desirable
Experience working in a multi-functional Agile team
