Job Role: Mobile Carpark Warden
Location: Bristol including travel to Bath, Gloucester, Swindon and Cardiff
Hours: Training days 08:00 – 16:00
Shifts ideally flexible to work 06:00 – 14:00 / 14:00 – 22:00
Salary: £10.90 per hour + Commission
Role Type: Full-time, Temp – Perm (Early in Career / Intermediate)
Must have valid driving licence and own transport
Training dates to start 22.04.2023

gap personnel are operating as an employment business and currently looking to recruit Mobile Patrol Operatives.
As a Mobile Patrol Operative, you will be responsible for issuing Parking Charge Notices to vehicles that do not comply with on-site parking regulations. The role will involve working outdoors across various car parks in your designated area. Due to the nature of the role, there will be large amounts of face-to-face interaction with members of the public. You will work to provide a high-end service to our clients.
You will be working outdoors, come rain or shine, and travel extensively in your set territory.
You will be coached by your Team Leader and Operations team to develop your understanding of the industry, use of technical equipment and your communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:
· To provide exceptional customer service to our clients and the users of their car parks
· To consistently achieve against KPI’s
· To work collaboratively with your team to ensure best practise is shared
· To efficiently plan routes with the use of navigation apps and knowledge of the region
· To patrol car parks in your designated area
· To issue Parking Charge Notices to offending vehicles as per site specifications
· To work with members of the public in a professional manner, even in confrontational situations
· To promptly report any health and safety issues that arise in line with company policy
· To maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry standards and display these through your work
· Any other duties commensurate with the level of this role

· Have a positive attitude towards your work and the service offered to our clients
· You may have worked in similar roles however experience in the role is not essential

Additional Information:

· You must be able to legally live and work in the UK
