Job Role: Midweight Graphic Designer

Reporting to: Head of Brand Creative

Location: Head Office, White City Place, West London

Contract type: Full Time, 37.5 hours per week

About the Role:

As a Midweight Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for driving the graphic identity of the brand alongside the Head of Brand Creative, who this role reports into. This is a new role in a growing team, helping us cement our market position as a modern, luxury brand and drive increased consistency across all touchpoints of the ME + EM experience. Your role will include:

  • Developing and bringing to life a seasonal graphic design and image treatment, in accordance with the seasonal look and feel set out by the Head of Brand Creative
  • Plotting out our monthly look book pagination and focusing on how to best develop the book as a selling tool as well as a key part of our brand identity.
  • Acting as the brand guardian across all print projects, ensuring they are executed to a sustainable but intelligent and premium design level.
  • Occasionally assisting the Art Director on research development for campaigns and editorial shoots.
  • Building a folio of ongoing competitor evaluation from season to season and supporting the Head of Brand Creative and Fashion Editor on ways in which the brand can lean into trends.
  • Create in-store graphic treatments including point-of-sale graphics to ensure how the brand ethos is communicated in retail spaces.
  • Take on the responsibility for treatments in packaging, gift cards and other always-on parts of our offering.
  • Working closely with the Digital Design Director and their team, who lead on paid social and on-site experience, ensure that there is consistency at all touchpoints.
  • Work with the organic social team to drive a premium look and feel on their channels, while also supporting the growth of followers and engagement.

About you:

  • With 3-5 years graphic design experience, preferably within the fashion industry, youll be extremely well versed in integrated solutions across print, packaging, digital, point of sale and show an understanding of art direction.
  • The right character would be passionate about creating innovative content across all platforms and work strategically with varied team members to deliver inventive, disruptive and performing campaigns and content.
  • Youll be happy working in a matrix organisation with multiple stakeholders. Youll be a team player, comfortable with the fast pace that comes from being a part of a growing organisation.
