Job description

You will use your creativity, strong typographical and visualisation skills to support the Marketing & Communications Team in delivering our marketing strategy and business objectives whilst promoting the ACT brand.
Under the guidance of the Head of Marketing & Communications, your primary role will be to produce and deliver creative design solutions to use across various platforms. This multifaceted role will require you to work on a range of external and internal facing materials such as brochures, flyers, corporate stationary, exhibition stands, signage, presentations, staff and learner resources etc. You will be required to mentor and support the Junior Graphic Designer, whilst supporting other teams across ACT, to ensure the design and production of staff and learner resources are on brand. You will also use your digital skills to maintain and develop our website and any future web-based applications along with our current intranet system.
Using the latest Adobe Creative Cloud software, you will produce engaging and dynamic content, whilst adhering to our brand guidelines and maintaining ACT’s visual identity.

Overall, this is a great opportunity for a designer with a minimum of 3 years of graphic design experience and a strong portfolio, to grow their existing design skills within a friendly, professional and focused environment.
This position fits within the Marketing & Communications Team, reporting to the Head of Marketing & Communications.
ACT is committed to promoting the Welsh language for both staff and learners, and whilst it is not considered essential criteria, the ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this role.
