About The Role

RAC have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Middleweight Creative Communications & Content Creator with a strong emphasis on internal comms to join our Creative Studio in Bristol on a permanent basis. This role will be delivered on a flexible hybrid model of working three days from home and two days at our Bradley Stoke office. With some possible travel to other sites in Bescot and Manchester.

In this fast-paced role you will be playing a key part in producing a range of internal comms graphics to communicate and keep all our colleagues across the business updated. Along with working alongside our Senior Videographer & Motion designer to create impactful quality social media content.

What You’ll Do…

  • Partner with our cross-functional teams within the marketing division & internal comms.
  • Conceptualise, create, design, and visualise content for our internal colleagues.
  • Help engage our colleagues and build on a great culture.
  • Develop engaging and creative content for various internal communication channels and media, including posters and internal emails/newsletters.
  • Produce digital assets for Workplace by Meta for our main internal comms channel.


What You’ll Need…

The ideal candidate will 4+ years’ experience in agency or inhouse studio with a degree within a design discipline, along with the following;

  • Experience in creating social media advertising campaign designs.
  • Knowledge of tracking performance desirable, but not essential.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional team members.
  • Awareness of creating engaging content across multiple platforms.
  • A well-rounded portfolio of client work, demonstrating a strong understanding of business objectives.
  • Ability to proactively champion ideas and effectively communicate and persuade around creative concepts.
