Job description
As a Plumbing & Heating Engineer you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems and fixtures in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. You will leverage your expertise to diagnose problems, offer solutions, and ensure all our work complies with the highest standards.
**Responsibilities:**
* Install, repair, and maintain plumbing & heating systems and fixtures
* Identify and diagnose plumbing & heating problems using appropriate tools and equipment.
* Provide excellent customer service, including answering customer queries professionally and promptly.
* Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all procedures adhere to safety guidelines.
* Collaborate with the team and contribute to project planning and execution.
**Requirements:**
* CSCS and Gas Safe Preferred
* Minimum Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Plumbing & Heating
* Minimum of 2 years' experience as a Plumber.
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Valid driver's license.
