We employ over 60 people at our site in Brighouse, and to support our growth, we are recruiting a further 2 Manufacturing Operatives to help us achieve our vision to become a world class manufacturer.

About you:
You will have experience of using hand tools, such as allen keys, socket sets or torque wrenches.
You will know how important it is to work safely, and can follow instructions, learning quickly whilst working to a high standard.
FLT experience and ability to read measuring devices in both metric and imperial measurements are desirable.
Experience of manufacturing would be great however this is where our brilliant training comes in.
A passion for learning and the desire to become a highly skilled machine operator in this sector is essential. With high personal standards you will strive for world class levels of quality, productivity and safety.
You must be able to work a full time, 40-hour week, on rotating early, late and night shifts.
What Will Your Responsibilities Be:
- Using FLT to move raw materials and finished products around the factory.
- Operating fully automated high speed resistance welding machinery.
- Undertaking the necessary setting adjustments to ensure optimum efficiency.
- Undertaking machine set-up routines to facilitate product change.
- Manufacturing all product to tolerances.
- Ensure health and safety protocol is adhered to all times.
- Ensure housekeeping standards are always maintained.
