MES Manager - Belfast
Siemens Healthineers has an exciting opportunity for a skilled and dedicated MES Manager to join our inclusive team in Belfast. This full-time role comes with a generous salary and benefits package.
As an MES Manager, you will ensure the provision of a market-leading managed equipment service in accordance with the needs of the customer and Siemens Healthineers core values. You will also ensure that compliance, quality and EH&S standards are maintained in line with company and regulatory requirements.
To give you an idea of how this flexible role would look and feel, here are some of the things you could expect to do:
- Work in close liaison with the customer and suppliers to manage planned maintenance and reactive repair activity to successfully fulfil the performance criteria defined in the service contracts
- Maintain effective management control of sub-contractors as appropriate to ensure maximum utilisation of the available resources such that all contractual commitments are satisfactorily achieved
- Improve customer satisfaction levels, utilising survey results and other feedback to monitor performance and identify ways of increasing satisfaction
- Offer advice to clinical users across all directorates within the hospital on the provision and usage of equipment
To apply for this MES Manager role, you will need proven experience managing a service operation, preferably within a medical equipment or hospital environment.
You will also require the following:
- Demonstrable hospital experience in using or maintaining medical imaging equipment
- Experience managing or playing a major role in projects, particularly those relating to installation and commissioning of equipment and facilities
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Good IT skills, ideally including experience in asset management systems and the production of performance report data
