THE ROLE
Working within the Merchandising Team in 1 of our 3 divisions; Global Planning, UK EU Trading, North America Trading, you will be a crucial asset of the team providing key administrative support, building strong relationships within the brand while ensuring we are all working together to deliver our vision.
WHAT WILL I BE DOING?
- Providing key administrative support to the Merchandising function
- Allocating products to retail stores and digital concession partners across UK, Europe & North America on a daily basis.
- Analysing store/digital performance and strategizing solutions in order to maximise sales potential
- Liaising with regional teams across North America, UK and EU to maximise business opportunities
- Working cross functionally with teams across all different trading channels: Digital Concessions, Concessions, Mainline doors, Outlet doors, Digital teams and Wholesale.
- Responsible for overseeing intake into the business on a weekly & daily basis and tracking deliveries into the business as well as into all trading channels & regions
- Collaborating with production and buying on delivery dates and changes to the product range
- Being part of the team responsible for building store packages for new store launches and relocations.
- Providing weekly Monday reports highlighting good and bad performers, and stock availability.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with departments and stores, through constant interaction and providing assistance where needed.
- Get involved in store visits to get a better understanding of different channels needs & processes.
- Be a key player in supporting all different channels across FP trade, Sale, Black Friday and new collection launches.
- Maximising stock opportunities through replenishment, arranging transfers and newness allocations.
- Managing system pricing and inputting markdown pricing
- Maintain trackers and key sheets to a high level of accuracy to support with trading and buy planning
- Assist the team on product selection for trade emails, marketing channels and own site
- From time to time involved in any ad-hoc projects.
WHAT SKILLS DO I NEED FOR THE ROLE?
- Confident, proactive and able to think creatively when problem solving. Have a can do attitude.
- Communicates with others clearly, effectively and with respect.
- Has a real passion for the brand and can objectively evaluate product ranges using sound, commercial rationale.
- Strives to achieve and drive the best results possible for the brand
- Excellent time management and organisational skills whilst able to prioritise workload accordingly
- Demonstrates the brand values and promotes them within our stores
- Excellent team player who is collaborative in their approach
- Reliable and acts in a timely manner
- Natural obsession with numbers
- An excel geek with an understanding of google sheets
ABOUT THE LOCATION
Based in our East London Studios in vibrant Shoreditch with perks and benefits offered from local businesses including discounts on food, shopping and health & beauty. Studio Location. Approximately a 10 minute walk from Liverpool Street Station and a 5 minute walk from Shoreditch High Street.
