Our client is considered to be one of the top women’s wholesale suppliers in the UK. They offer a diversity of women’s clothing products ranging from dresses, co-ords, play-suits, jumpsuits and swimwear. Their products are versatile with floral prints and strive to be on trend. Furthermore, their customer base consists of high street fashion stores and also independent clothing retailers.
We are seeking a self-motivated and passionate candidate with a proactive work ethic. The applicant will take initiative to effectively reach company goals and achieve objectives. In order to be a successful part of the team, the individual will offer an excellent level of written and verbal communication skills in English and Mandarin. In addition, the candidate is required to have a professional attitude and behaviour.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Support in the planning and development of merchandising strategies in order to reach organisational goals and objectives.
Analyse sales figures and customers satisfaction to determine improvements that can be made.
Work with the warehouse department team to support the management of the product quality control.
Analyse market trends in order to anticipate product needs and changes.
Examine stock flow to determine promotions, reductions, price changes and clear outs.
Forecast profits and sales figures to develop budget plans.
Creatively produce layout plans to increase sales.

Negotiate prices, quantities and delivery times with buyers, suppliers and distributors.
Offer customer care and service at an exceptional level.
Ideal Candidate
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
English and Mandarin or Cantonese (bilingual).
Professional image and approachable personality.
Ability to work as part of a team.
Exceptional customer service capabilities.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidates with no experience in the role, but who are passionate will also be considered.
Strong presentation and decision making skills.
