Job description

We’re looking for 4 x Support Workers to join our dedicated and friendly Hostel teams!

We have full time positions available at our East Grange, Maltings and Alexander House services. Flexibility is key for both yourself and for the service, as shifts will be spread across days, evenings and sleep ins, weekends and bank holidays. Sleep ins are however not required for our East Grange Service.

We’re all about learning new skills and developing so there are plenty of opportunities for you to progress. We are proudly and actively anti-racist and as such you are expected to drive the agenda forward.

About us:

Our Hostels are aimed at supporting people coming out of hospital following an admission due to mental health.

We provide recovery-focused support in a home environment to ensure our clients have the best quality of life, achieve their personal goals and move on to live more independently.

You’re proactive, keen to try new things and have a real passion to make things better, every day. You’ll have excellent communication skills and be a naturally caring and patient person.

  • Have a keen interest in supporting people

  • Have some knowledge of mental health
