PureCare is seeking to recruit a Mental Health Support Worker (nights) for Brook House, a 7-bedded residential home in Gillingham, within easy walking distance of the town centre and with good access to local transport links. Shift hours are 9.30pm to 8.30am and we are looking for people able to work Monday-Friday and every other weekend.

So…what do we do? In short, we help, support and encourage people with mental health issues to lead their lives as independently as possible. PureCare offers high quality residential and community support services in Kent and Medway and offers the best standard of support for its clients. Wherever possible, our aim is to rehabilitate our clients back into a life in the community.

Do you feel you have the skills to offer high quality support to others? We are looking for people who really do care about making a difference to the lives of others and who are committed to the cause.

As a night shift Support Worker you will be required to ensure the cleanliness of the home and support clients with their wellbeing.

You must have the ability to work both by yourself and as part of a team. Common sense and flexibility are imperative along with a good sense of humour! No previous experience is required as full training will be provided.

We currently have a night shift position available for a person who can demonstrate that they are prepared to work hard and be committed.

Should you wish to apply for any of these posts, please send us your CV.

Please note that a Disclosure and Barring Service check and employment references will be required.

Helping to rehabilitate and improve the outcomes for people with mental health issues is incredibly rewarding work.
