Job description
We are urgently looking for dedicated passionate, experienced Mental health support workers to join our bank team to work 12 hour shifts, day or night on the ambulance
To work : London Ambulance or Bed watching
You will play a vital part of the team and you will be involved with the day to day management of patients requiring mental health care support.
You must have experience of working in a team under appropriate supervision as part of multi-discipline team.
Previous experience in working in a mental health setting.
Good knowledge of all relevant legislation in relation to mental health and mental health capacity Act.
Ability to demonstrate leadership skills with challenging patient behaviours.
Someone who shows compassion to the patients and talk to them and wait with them whilst waiting for treatment.
