Job description
Adult Support at The Cavern
Support at The Cavern provides listening support, low level interventions such as board games, inclusive activities and offers a supportive environment.

We are funded by Gloucestershire Integrated Care Board for this service and we work closely with a wide range of statutory mental health services to ensure a joined up approach.
Our team of support workers provide a listening ear and facilitate a safe place to provide non-clinical, early intervention and prevention work for people who are struggling.
The ideal candidate for this position will have experience of supporting people with mental health issues. More importantly than that they will have a passion for seeing people become the best they can be. Passionate about being a part of someone’s journey to better their lives, learning new skills and building healthier relationships.
