Job description

We’re looking for a Support Worker to join our dedicated and friendly team.

We have a part-time position available where flexibility is key for both yourself and for the service.

About us:

Our Hostels are aimed at supporting people coming out of hospital following an admission due to mental health.

We provide recovery-focused support in a home environment to ensure our clients have the best quality of life, achieve their personal goals and move on to live more independently.

About you:

You’re proactive, keen to try new things and have a real passion to make things better, every day. You’ll have excellent communication skills and be a naturally caring and patient person.

  • Can build strong and good relationships

  • Are empathic, understanding and have a sense of humour

  • Have a keen interest in supporting people

  • Have some knowledge of mental health
