Job description

Your role will include clinical mentoring and supervision for urgent incoming mental health incidents, the provision of remote triage, as well as liaising with other mental health services to ensure the best possible onward care for patients presenting with unscheduled, urgent and emergency care needs. You will be fully trained in the use of our Clinical Decision Support systems and NHS triage pathways. You will also have access to robust clinical supervision with oversight from our Consultant Mental Health Nurse and access to excellent training and progression opportunities. Please note you will be working on a 6 week rota that will cover early, late and weekend shifts.
