Job Purpose:
In this role, you'll support the development of ODEON’s subscription and membership products to maximise their contribution to commercial performance, delivering a joined up experience for members.
Key Accountabilities:
- Ensure the membership experience is joined up and consistent at every stage of the guest journey.
- Develop and manage acquisition, engagement and retention offers and campaigns to support base growth.
- Brief and collaborate with the Marketing and Channel teams to ensure guest communications are maximising membership growth through appropriate collateral and messaging.
- Brief and collaborate with the Guest Service Centre to maximise member acquisition and retention through offer toolkits, training, policies and process.
- Ensure effective measurement and insight is in place for our membership products, working with our Insight and Analytics, and Finance teams to enable continuous optimisation and regular reporting on the commercial performance.
- Identify technical issues and sources of guest pain points and drive through fixes and continuous improvement with IS, the digital product team and our 3rd party providers.
- Design and brief the in-life communications plan for subscription members in collaboration with the CRM team.
Key Skills:
- A self-starter who is comfortable coordinating several projects at once. Good at prioritising workloads, working with internal and external agencies to deliver against multiple deadlines.
- Enjoys creative marketing whilst also being analytical. From copywriting, through to design briefs and working up ideas, to reviewing and checking data in Excel.
- Have an excellent attention to detail.
- Good interpersonal, communication and team working skills, and can work with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
- Willing to be hands-on, someone that can take the initiative whilst seeking out improvements to the execution of campaigns.
- Computer literate and can handle complex data sets in MS Excel – reviewing and checking data.
- Experience in a marketing role, preferably with exposure to membership, loyalty or product marketing.
