Job description
Parc Slip Nature Reserve – Bridgend,
Bridgend.We are looking for an enthusiastic applicant with a desire to learn and grow income for The Wildlife Trust of South & West Wales. Working with our membership team you will influence and deliver growth of the Trust’s membership base and develop ways to engage with existing and potential new members.
The role is predominantly office-based with occasional attendance at promotional events required. Close working with our Membership Data Officer to develop the use of our membership database will form a large part of the role. Data analysis and intelligent use of data to understand and limit membership attrition will also feed into the role.
The candidate will spend time liaising with the Trust’s marketing team to exploit new opportunities to encourage new members to join and to enhance the retention of members.
Essential criteria are:
- Ability to work effectively within a team.
- Use of initiative to explore, develop and implement new ideas.
- The role comes with a degree of autonomy and being effectively self-motivated is an essential skill.
- Competency in the use of databases and a good level of IT skill.
- A clean driving licence.
- A flexible approach to working hours.
