We’re now looking for a Membership Account Director to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is a senior role within our Membership division.

The Role
As a Membership Account Director, you will grow and engage our membership base for all products and services in Swindon and Wiltshire.
Advocating for our member community, you will engage them in our core strategic themes of innovation, skills and productivity, green, climate and international trade as well as in the design and the delivery of place-based projects.
You will also retain and grow Initiative level clients and lead the delivery of member engagements to enable them to see additional value in their membership, outside of the Initiative Agenda.
Additionally, you will:
- Develop a budgetary agreement and monitor spending
- Manage and support your team to deliver their goals
- Represent Business West in the media and press
- Assist with the development and launch of new products
About You
To be considered as a Membership Account Director, you will need:
- Experience managing large account portfolios
- Experience in professional client relationship management
- Experience hitting sales targets
- Experience using CRM Systems and other software to manage customer accounts
- Experience using LAER (listen, acknowledge, explore & respond)
- Strong project management skills
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
