Job Introduction

We are looking for a Member Host to join the team at one of our prestigious in Liverpool Street.

You will have a passion for delivering a premium customer service acting as the face point of contact and the face of the brand in our client's premium flexible office space You will look after members and visitors across 4 floors.

This is a Monday to Friday role with shifts between 8am -7pm with a flexible approach required to support with events if required.

Main Responsibilities

As Member Host, you will be the first face of the space. You will thrive in customer interaction and will take immense pride in delighting your members and guests daily. Taking ownership of the welcome experience of all our visitors you will field questions, check in guests and work closely with our Workspace Team to deliver an exceptional service. You will liaise with members on a day-to-day basis to ensure the space is providing everything they need.

Duties include:

  • Registering and checking in guests on visitor management system.
  • Proactively deal with enquiries and requests in person, via the telephone or email, in a timely and professional manner.
  • Develop relationships with internal and external members to understand and address their needs.
  • Acting as the first port of call for resolving members and guest issues and escalating where necessary.
  • Supporting with general office admin tasks.
  • Liaise with the Workspace team where necessary and report any escalated issues.
  • Liaise with 3rd party partners on a day-to-day basis, checking in contractors.
  • AV & Meeting Room Set-up.
  • Scheduling Meeting Room Bookings.
  • Supporting with events including set-up and clear down.
  • Supporting the Workspace team to ensure the communal areas are always clean and tidy.

  • Build relationships with members and use this knowledge to feed in to event ideas.

The ideal candidate:

  • Relevant customer experience, Co-Working and or Flexible Office Management Experience
  • Thrives in building relationships with people
  • Natural born problem solver.
  • Has the can-do attitude, does not have NO in their vocabulary
  • Has great organisational skills
  • Is great at solving problems
  • Shows great attention to detail
  • A comfortable working knowledge of MS Office tools - particularly in Word and Excel
  • Natural self-starter and ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • A “work hard, play hard” attitude
