Part time, 28 hours per week across 4 days
Starting salary – £23,015 (£28,769 fte) rising to £24,226 (£30,283) per annum plus attractive benefits package

You will be based remotely (at home) within the UK in line with our agile working policy with the view to attend meetings in our office spaces in London and Haywards Heath when required.

Job summary
Are you looking for a new role that puts members at the centre of everything you do? Do you have experience in providing excellent customer service?
We are looking for a proactive individual who will be the first point of contact for our members, ensuring all enquiries are handled efficiently and effectively, providing members with an excellent member experience.
The role holder will be responsible for ensuring the customer relationship management database (CRM) is kept up to date and accurate and ensuring compliance with GDPR, membership audits and NAHT’s Constitution and Rules and membership terms and conditions.
Person specification
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with experience of working in a busy customer/ member centric environment, providing a high level of customer service over the phone and in writing.
The post holder will need to have experience of using a customer relationship management database (Dynamics365) to record member interactions and manage membership data.
Attention to detail and the ability to follow multi step processes accurately and repetitively and working to deadlines and tight KPI’s is essential for this role.
