Job description
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to take up this part time opportunity (18.75 hours per week) to contribute to the recruitment of volunteers from a diverse range of backgrounds and life experience to deliver the Health Research Authority's Research Approvals Service.
This is an exciting time to join the team, as we work on recruitment strategies for our volunteers, which ensures that the research undertaken in England and beyond has the perspective of a wide range of people to ensure that the safety, rights and dignity of anyone who will become part of the research are protected.
We are looking for someone with experience in recruiting volunteers, an eye for detail and experience in collecting, processing and analysing data that informs business decisions.
The successful candidate will work with a colleague as part of a job share to co-ordinate recruitment campaigns, track success and conversion rates, speaking to people interested in joining the service as volunteers. Overseeing the selection process is running smoothly will be a key part of the role, with the need for someone who is proactive, adaptable and flexible to ensure the recruitment process is responsive to demand arising from campaign activity.
