We’re on the search for a passionate and strongminded Member Experience Manager to join the business.

What you'll be doing...
- Providing a key role in owning and conducting the member journey in the club.
- Focusing on how we retain our members, by giving them the best welcome and start.
- Taking ownership of feedback, compliments and complaints received in accordance with our complaints policy and escalating when appropriate
- Demonstrate our Winning Ways through behaviours at work and encourage team members to do the same
- Your level of service will encourage guests to join our club and you will coach and develop other team members to offer the same.
- Delivering an exceptional in club 'Guest experience journey', successfully touring appointments and walk-ins to convert to members.
- Ensuring immaculate data capture for all sales prospects.
- Activating an excellent member journey for all new joiners.
- Working in collaboration with business support functions to integrate sales strategies and promotions.
- Co-ordinate and support outreach to promote the club.
- Maximising new and existing corporate accounts, organising ongoing events, and maintaining quality relationships.
- Implement and execute all pricing and promotional activities.
- Managing the day to day running of the club as and when required.
- Be an ambitious role model for all club team members, commanding by example in all operational excellence

- Be a great communicator to ensure the fitness experience is consistent throughout the member journey.
- Aptitude to meet set targets and deadlines.
- A team player with a can-do attitude.
- It is desired that you have or are working towards a fitness qualification.
