This is a full-time permanent post for a Medical Secretary in the Department of Renal Medicine based at the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh.
Previous medical experience is not essential but would be beneficial, however you must have proven audio typing skills. You will have a good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook with a have a high level of attention to detail.
As you will be required to deal with a wide range of people, a polite and courteous manner is required as well as a methodical, organised approach to work. You will be required to prioritise conflicting demands and as such the ability to work under pressure is essential.
