1. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

 Six (6) months experience working as a CNA preferred.

2. MINIMUM ESSENTIAL EDUCATION

 High School diploma or equivalent strongly preferred.

3. REQUIRED LICENSURE / CERTIFICATIONS

 Current California CNA License or EMT License
 BLS
 Basic dysrhythmia certification preferred, or to be obtained within 6 months of accepting position.
