Medical Talent Acquisition Specialist
- In-House Resourcing Team - HCA Healthcare UK
- Location London Corporate Head Office- Cavendish Square and also New Broad Street, ( some remote working will be included)
- Full-Time hours, Monday to Friday, weekend work or out of hours may be required, such as events
- Permanent Contract

Working in healthcare is a rewarding role. As a Medical Resourcing Specialist, you will see the difference the highly skilled Doctors you recruit makes to our hospitals and to patient care. You will have an opportunity to build relationships, go onsite, meet our medical management teams to understand their department and people needs, and find and attract the required sought-after talent. You will own your specialist area and circa 40-45 vacancies per quarter, sourcing, interviewing and converting talent. Onboarding is not part of this role, but you will work closely with our onboarding team to oversee candidate experience is of high quality including their start and induction.
You will be part of a team of experienced recruiters, specialising in specialist sourcing, engagement, networking, pipelining talent for current and future permanent vacancies in a specialist clinical area. You will have lots of managerial and colleague support, and all the sourcing tools you need.
This role initially will be focused on Permanent Resident Doctors and General Practitioners, recruitment and requires working to KPI targets, involving sourcing, cost of hire and time to hire, and providing our potential future colleagues with a first-class application to hiring experience.
Successful applicants will need
- Experience working in the role of Talent Acquisition in the healthcare industry, working to KPI targets, including direct sourcing talent.
- Experience from either In-house or RPO.
- Experience of permanent Doctors end-to end recruitment.
- Experience in processing applications through an ATS system - Workday desirably
- Exceptional customer service skills and influential stakeholder management skills
- Ability to interchange approaches and adapt to respond to business needs
- Confidence to sit on interview panels
- Flexible to work across different HCA sites, as business requires, meet and greet medical and HR teams.
