Established in 2021, Bloomfield Health is a professional and agile mental health company. Our clinicians offer assessment and treatment for working age adults experiencing difficulties with their mental health. Psychiatry consultation and treatment are available with Dr Bloomfield and Dr Adams at the Queen Square Private Consulting Rooms which is part of the National Hospital for Neurology and Neurosurgery and ULCH Private Healthcare. We offer individual and group enhanced cognitive behavioural therapy in Harley Street and online. We also offer bespoke training, consultancy and support to organisations looking to improve the mental health of their workforce.

Our company values the contribution made by our Receptionist/secretary and we're looking for an experienced professional who can support the team while demonstrating exceptional personal qualities. Our Receptionist/secretary plays a critical role in the smooth running of our office and we're in search of a person who is organised, open to learning, detail-oriented and able to provide excellent customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Answer the phone and greet visitors.
- Answer general customer service questions.
- Answer correspondence (e.g. emails, letters, faxes).
- Gather and document customer information.
- Be familiar with the company's products, services, and locations.
- Organize inter-departmental mail.
- Responsible for bookings
- Work as part of a team.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 30 per week
Salary: £21,800.00-£23,400.00 per year
