JOIN OUR REMOTE MEDICAL SCRIBE TEAM! We are currently seeking LIVE remote virtual medical scribes for Orthopedic and Cardiovascular specialties.
Scribes are responsible for connecting to the client EMR via their computer at the start of the shift, listening to live patient encounters, and working real time within the EMR (Epic) to build accurate, comprehensive, billable progress notes of each patient encounter. Contractor position with flexible scheduling options. Paid training for one full week, experience required. You must learn the processes quickly and be prepared to solo with your own provider after two weeks. We are seeking LONG-TERM (years) employment.
Requirements:
- You MUST POSSESS a HIGH QUALITY HEADSET with MICROPHONE
- Minimum one year of scribe experience
- Minimum of two years medical terminology
- Shifts must be at least three hours long
- Reliable internet connection and the ability to work uninterrupted
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to communicate effectively with client and coworkers
- Ability to interact professionally with others
- Excellent listening and typing skills
- Excellent reliability
- Epic experience a plus
