Nurosym is seeking a dynamic and experienced Medical Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for taking virtual calls to drive sales and forge strategic partnerships with influencers, partners, clinics, and other relevant stakeholders. Your ability to engage clients effectively, especially during US hours, with a preference for overlapping morning hours in the US (night time in Europe), will be essential to your success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual sales/partnership calls to promote Nurosym's device.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, hospitals, influencers, clinics, and potential partners.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through effective market research and outreach.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met and to drive revenue growth.
- Provide device information and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Document all sales activities and maintain accurate records.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in medical sales calls is required.
- Ideally, candidates with a medical background will be preferred.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work during US hours with an overlap into US mornings (night time in Europe).
- Willingness to engage in partnership calls with influencers, partners, clinics, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Self-motivated and results-driven.
- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in virtual sales tools and technologies.
