ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Sales Advisor, you’ll need the ability to enthuse every customer and converse confidently on anything from a new pair of glasses to our specialist hearing service. A key part of achieving this is listening to what customers want, explaining our offers and products, ensuring a smooth and friendly environment.
You’ll assist customers through their journey, from booking appointments, meeting and greeting, guiding them through the frame and lens selection process and fitting, adjusting and simple repairs of glasses.

To excel in customer service, you’ll need to take pride in every task undertaken and make the most of every opportunity that arises.
A strong understanding of customer needs, an extensive knowledge for our products and passion for the optical world; we expect all of this from our sales advisors.
In return, we provide a comprehensive training program and ongoing support and guidance from the Optician’s manager and our trainer.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From £20,000.00 per year
