My client is a start-up Recruitment Company and they are looking for a Medical Recruitment Administrator to work to assist in the daily running of the business.
The role of a Medical Recruitment Administrator would suit someone that has worked within the Medical Recruitment Industry and is now looking to be part of this exciting growth.
Duties of the Medical Recruitment Administrator
-Engagement with NHS Trusts/hospitals and sourcing of doctors from these trusts
-Marketing support
-Admin support to include liaising with the doctors with their agreements
-Billing and collection support
-Support helping the doctors looking for accommodation
-Coordination of the offer letters, and assisting in their visa application
Requirements for the Medical Recruitment Administrator
-Social Media savvy as you will be required to use this for marketing support
-Excellent organisational skills
-Knowledge of the Medical Recruitment Industry
-Appetite to grow and learn and be part of this exciting start up
-Excellent phone manner and interpersonal skills as will be regularly liaising with doctors and other partners within the business
-Excel and office skills
-Driving license essential as will be required as part of the role
As a Medical Recruitment Administrator you have the opportunity to earn an attractive salary plus month commission and there is an opportunity to grow with the company and expand your skills, and they will also offer training in areas that you would like to grow in.
This is a remote position but can go into an office 1-2 days per week near Harrow if wanted.

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
