Job description
Previous experience in clinical coding and summarising is essential.
The experienced Medical Records Summariser will summarise and code patient records into EMIS to a high standard and in accordance with the practice protocol. The role will will initially be expected to focus on clearing any backlog of patient records needing to be summarised and read coded.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Reviewing records and accurately producing a summary of the patient’s medical history
· Accurately coding data on EMIS
· Reviewing progress of summarising, ensuring practice targets are achieved

Schedule:
- Monday to Friday - flexible hours within business hours: 8.00am to 6.30pm
