Job description
To assist in the smooth running of all front desk duties, to help the doctors and the other clinical staff, by managing their administrative and secretarial duties. To be responsible for undertaking a wide range of reception duties and the provision of general support to the multidisciplinary team. Duties can include but are not limited to, greeting and directing patients, effective use of the appointment system, booking appointment , processing of information and assisting patients as required. To act as the central point of contact for patients, the distribution of information, messages and enquires for the clinical team, liaising with multidisciplinary team members and external agencies such as secondary care and community service providers.

REQUIREMENTS
5 GCSE'S including Math's and English
Experience is not necessary as there is training
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: £10.50-£11.50 per hour
