Job description

We are looking to fill a 15 hour contract at our Bowling Green Street Medical Centre anda 24 hours contract at our Thurmaston Medical Centre.

The practice is moving towards becoming a paper-light environment, and the main responsibilities of the post-holder will be to summarise and read code relevant information from patients clinical records into the practice computer system, working strictly in accordance with the practice notes summarising protocol.
