Role Purpose
As part of the Adult Nutrition Medical Affairs team, you will support and execute the medical affairs activities, in order to achieve the companies’ vision, increase awareness, support medical nutrition use and strengthen credibility in the area of Nutricia’s range of tube feed products for adult patients, and Nutricia services.
Role Focus
- Support the delivery of the Nutricia Resource Centre service, medical queries, training, and supporting effective ways of working
- Manage creation and delivery of medical projects such as educational newsletters
- Develop and maintain digital assets, including nutrition product database, website content, Nutricia App
- Create and update key commercial documents, including compendiums, Q&A documents, competitor comparison charts, objection handlers and Kosher / Halal approvals
- Maintain an up-to-date awareness and knowledge of the wider Medical Nutrition environment including new product launches, research publications and events and create a regular update report for internal dissemination
- Complete nutritional comparisons and formulation reviews required to aid successful launch of products, or protect Nutricia products
- Assist with literature searches and other medical team queries
- Review of low-risk marketing materials in conjunction with senior medical team members, marketing, and sales
- Execute education and training internally and externally with support of senior medical team
- Complete administrative tasks to support medical affairs activities, including sharing contracts and raising purchase orders
As a successful Assistant Medical Affairs Manager, we would love to see you demonstrate;
- Knowledge, interest, or qualification in dietetics, human nutrition, medical nutrition and malnutrition (no experience necessary)
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Strong relationship skills and ability to collaborate internally and externally
- Recognise limitations of knowledge / role and seek guidance when required
- Exhibit Nutricia’s values and behaviours to deliver category growth
