Graduate (Medical Excellence Pipeline)
We offer an exciting 2-year graduate programme for graduates that are looking to work with us to deliver on our mission to save and improve lives. This role will be based in our brand new, state-of-the-art co-working facilities in Moorgate, London; with fantastic amenities and support services including a gym, coffee bar and conference rooms.

Job Description:
Our pipeline team supports pipeline assets from early phase through launch and beyond. The team works cross functionally with commercial, external affairs, market access and other essential partners within the organisation.
Our pipeline team in Medical Excellence are committed to the development of our people, foster a learning environment, and promote a culture based upon trust, respect and connection. Throughout the programme, you will build strong communication and interpersonal skills with excellent strategic planning and organisational skills. Additionally, you will develop a good understanding of Medical Affairs processes, Good Clinical Practice, regulations and the ABPI code of practice.
Where do you start…?
This is a rotational programme with 12 months Medical Excellence in one therapy area and another 12 months in another therapy area
Key Responsibilities
Develop a detailed knowledge of how our early and late pipeline is developed/maintained. Engage with key scientific leaders to understand the unmet medical need and support the development of pipeline strategy Co-lead data gap analysis for the TA with the cross functional team Support the process of UK scientific leaders mapping and identification to enable continuous engagement and input from early phase pipeline. Through horizon scanning of the pipeline portfolio, optimise UK involvement and feasibility. Collaboration with the Health Technology Assessment and Outcomes Research team, to oversee the operation and spent of UK medical affairs (RWD) pipeline related projects. Collaboration with UK Clinical Trials Organisation to identify research sites in relation to pipeline related clinical development programs. Support the development of pipeline strategies and objectives for pipeline assets

Throughout the 24 month scheme you will receive guidance and mentoring to not only help you through your current role, but also to prepare you for applications to permanent roles within the organisation, with the aim that you will continue your career journey with our company.
Technical Requirements
- Studying towards or have successfully completed a degree (or equivalent qualification)
- Science or Business disciplines is required
- Project management experience with examples of delivering initiatives from start to finish with clear goals and objectives
- Demonstrates planning and organizational skills
- Demonstrates an interest in the healthcare landscape in the UK, including the structure of the NHS
- Demonstrates ability to digest complex clinical information and interpret its relevance to UK market
- Confidence in speaking with clinicians
