About us
USI is a home care urology supply company seeking a medical assistant. We provide intermittent catheters and related supplies with in-home supplemental training and customer support. Job responsibilities include but not limited to clerical at home work, coordinating services and visiting new patients, calling new patients to assist over phone, assisting Territory Manager, reviewing prescriptions and chart notes from Urologist, customer service, communicating with Urology offices and weekly on-call rotation every 5th week.
